Browsers keep Ctrl+W and Ctrl+Tab for their own tabs, so the Alt variants come first.
In the terminal: Tab completes, ↑ ↓ history, Ctrl+C cancels, Ctrl+L clears. In Quick Open, type > for commands or : for a line.
