    Description

    The Developer Instructions says to clone as

    git clone git://github.com/holoviz/datashader.git

    but GitHub has disabled the unauthenticated git:// protocol, so this command fails showing

    ~ $ git clone git://github.com/holoviz/datashader.git
Cloning into 'datashader'...
fatal: unable to connect to github.com:
github.com[0: 20.207.73.82]: errno=Connection timed out

    This PR changes it to the HTTPS URL:

    git clone https://github.com/holoviz/datashader.git
