docs: Fix the module names in the Extending user guide

   Description

   This PR fixes two module references in the first markdown cell of the Extending user guide.

   Section	Before	After	Why
   Input data formats	``ds.utils()``	``ds.utils``	datashader.utils is a module. Calling it raises TypeError: 'module' object is not callable. The next paragraph already refers to ``ds.utils.Dispatcher`` without parentheses.
   Glyphs	``glyphs.py``	``datashader/glyphs/``	datashader/glyphs.py no longer exists. It was split into the datashader/glyphs/ package (area, glyph, line, points, polygon, quadmesh, trimesh) in #776 (2019).

   Only markdown cell 0 of examples/user_guide/9_Extending.ipynb is changed (2 lines).
