docs: Fix the code example and preview steps on the tiling page

   Description

   This PR fixes the tiling page so that its render_tiles example and the tile preview steps uses the right variable and arguments.. Currently, the example fails with NameError and then TypeError, and the preview serves the wrong folder on the wrong port, so the Bokeh map stays black. It also corrects two wrong API names in the text (ds.Image and the post_render_func arguments).
